Read grafana.log and the status number. Root-owned plugin directories, bad grafana.ini edits, provisioning YAML and start-limit-hit, in order of frequency.

Job for tomcat.service failed because the control process exited with error code
status=203/EXEC means a wrong ExecStart path. Type=simple with startup.sh kills Tomcat. JAVA_HOME must live in the unit. Every common cause in order.

Job for rabbitmq-server.service failed because the control process exited with error code
RabbitMQ names its node after the hostname, so an unresolvable or changed hostname is the most common cause. Plus Erlang cookie, epmd and quorum log fixes.
